Halder Ms. Anusha Bose …for the petitioner. Mr. Suman Ghosh Mr. Sankha Prasad Ray …for the State. None appears for the respondent despite service. Mr. Suman Ghosh along with Mr. Sankha Prasad Ray who usually appear for the State and are present in Court, are requested to represent the State in the matter. Their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority. The petitioner is directed to serve copy of the writ petition along with annexure thereto upon Mr. Ghosh in course of this day. The petitioner is aggrieved by the progress in investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though FIR was registered pursuant to the direction of the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the documents involved in the 2 matter have not been seized as yet. There is in fact no progress in investigation. Learned counsel for the State seeks to submit a report indicating progress in investigation.
