GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following: 6 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.3196 of 2023 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners in Grade-II with effect from 23.08.1995 i.e., from the date of appointment as directed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.16002 of 2010 dated 19.02.2020 and also the orders of the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.21829 of 2020 and batch dated 12.07.2022, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. Initially, the identical persons have approached the Administrative Tribunal by filing O.A.No.546 of 2007. The said O.A. was allowed directing to regularize the services of the applicants under Rule 18(b)(ii) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules. The said orders were assailed before this Court in W.P.No.16002 of 2010. The Division Bench of this Court has considered and dismissed the said writ petition confirming the orders passed by the Tribunal vide its order dated 7 19.02.2020. The said orders were followed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.21829 of 2020 and batch and disposed of the same on 12.07.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the said orders have been implemented by the authorities in other Districts. As the petitioners belong to Chittoor District, they are also entitled to the same relief. 5. Considering the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the orders dated 12.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21829 of 2020 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the orders dated 12.07.2022 in W.P.No.21829 of 2020 and batch to this order.
