2. The present restoration petition has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.10423 of 2022, which has been dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 16.09.2022, passed by a learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the

learned counsel for the petitioner was granted one week time to take steps for removal of defect/s and it was directed that if the defect/s will not be removed, the application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
3. For the reasons mentioned in the present restoration petition, the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.10423 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
4. The time granted vide order dated 16.09.2022 in C.W.J.C. No.10423 of 2022 is extended for a further period of two weeks from today.
