GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE The Court made the following: 4 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.15917 of 2023 ORDER : This writ petition is filed is declaring the action of the Respondent-authorities in not considering the Petitioner’s application dated 01.09.2019 for pursuing MBBS in Emilio Aguinaldo College Cavite 4114, Phillippines and releasing the scholarship amount granted under the scheme of ‘Overseas Education Scheme’ under G.O.Ms.No.33 Minority Welfare (EDM) Department, dated 29.09.2016 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned standing counsel for the Respondents would submit that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 20.04.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36610 of 2022 and batch and requested to pass a similar order in this Writ Petition also. 3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 20.04.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36610 of 2022 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. 5 4.
