“A withdrawal memo was filed on behalf of the petitioner vide U.S.R.No.32515 of 2026, the same was not signed by the appellant’s counsel. When we pointed out that, Sri Narra Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the appellant has signed the same.
2. Registry is directed to explain how the memo was accepted despite not being signed by the appellant’s counsel.
