In view of the order passed today in I.A. (Civil) No. 73/2026, the prayer for impleading the Additional Chief Secretary and Finance Commissioner, Government of Nagaland, Department of Finance, has been allowed. 3. The petitioner shall, within 2 (two) days, submit a copy of the amended cause title to the Registry for incorporation in the writ petition and for consequential updation of the data in the CIS system. 4. Pending submission of the amended cause title, the Court is inclined to issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent No. 6, returnable in 4 (four) weeks. 5. Ms. Pichano, learned Government Advocate appears for the respondents and accepts notice on behalf of the newly impleaded respondent No. 6. 6.
