CIVIL REVISION PETITION NOs.1859 of 2023, 655 & 2270 of 2024
COMMON ORDER:
Sri M.Radha Krishna, learned counsel assisted by Sri Sai Phanindra, learned counsel, represented by M/s CKR Associates, seeks permission to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petitions, with liberty to the petitioners to raise or agitate the grounds urged therein at an appropriate stage under Section 105(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, if necessity arises.
Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition Nos.1859 of 2023, 655 of 2024 and 2270 of 2024 are dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioners to raise the grounds urged in these Civil Revision Petitions, as prayed for, at an appropriate stage in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
