JADA SRAVAN KUMAR The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioners herein/A2, A3 and A4 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.491 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Bapatla, registered for the offences SRK, J CrlP No.6751 of 2023 2 punishable under Sections 420, 498-A, 494 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have settled the matter out of the Court and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
