Begum, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Bora, learned State Counsel and Mr. J. Handique, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department. This is an application praying for correction of typographical mistakes occurred in the cause title as well as in the order dated 21.04.2023, i.e., (i) in the fourth line of paragraph 3 of the petition, the name of the village and P.O. of the applicant / writ petitioner was wrongly typed as ‘Simmaluguri’ instead of correct village and P.O. ‘Simoluguri’; (ii) in the same para and in the same line, the P.S. of the applicant –writ petitioner was wrongly typed as ‘Pub-Kachua’ instead of ‘Kachua” and (iii) in the page 5 in the 2nd line of the writ petition, the district of the respondent no. 7 is wrongly typed as ‘Karbi-Anglong’ instead of ‘West Karbi Anglong’. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and also on perusal of the order dated 21.04.2023, it appears that the aforesaid Village, P.O., P.S. and district are having typographical error, I deemed it appropriate to allow this application by correcting the name of the Village and P.O. to be read as Simoluguri, P.S.- Kachua and District – West Karbi Anglong. Accordingly, the typographical errors which had occurred in the order dated 21.04.2023 are corrected as above. This order shall form part of the order said dated 21.04.2023.
