The Court made the following order: This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the legality and correctness of the order dated 21.04.2023 passed in I.A.No.545 of 2023 in O.S.No.147 of 2023 by the learned Special Judge of II Addl Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2. No representation for the petitioner. 3. The case status information placed on record by the Registry shows that the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2023 was withdrawn on 26.11.2024. 4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition filed questioning the orders passed in an I.A. in the said suit becomes infructuous . 5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
