Learned counsel for the contemnors submits that they have filed counter stating that the grievance of the petitioner was considered and an endorsement was issued on 12.10.2022 and the same was also served on the petitioner. It is also made clear that on 21.03.2023, the respondents have also removed more 83 un-authorised encroachers and implemented the order dated 12.09.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.28025 of 2022. 3. Considering the above, this court is of the opinion that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent-contemnors. 3 4. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
