This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.8651 of 2023 on 01.05.2023, wherein this Court passed the following order:
“….this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release total amount of Rs.44,90,630/- to the petitioner within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.….”
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 01.05.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8651 of 2023 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case.
3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
