ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 08.08.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.24748 of 2022.
2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the contempt case is filed against the interim order passed by this Court and subsequently the main Writ Petition itself has been
disposed of. He further submits that the respondent authorities complied the final
order passed by this Court in the said Writ Petition.
3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Case.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed. _____________________________
