ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondent complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 01.09.2021 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.18633 of 2021.

At the stage of admission, this Court passed interim order on 01.09.2021 in W.P.No.18633 of 2021 directing the respondents therein not to alienate/handover the land to an extent of Ac.11.29 cents situated in Sy.No.152 of Ammavaripalem Village, Podalakur Mandal, SPSR District to anybody including Prabhagiripatnam Gram Panchayat pending further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Contempt Case has been filed at the point when the respondents are directed not to alienate the subject property to some others. He also submits that the main Writ Petition is pending for adjudication before this Court.

Mr T.Balaswami, learned counsel for the respondent basing on the averments made in the counter affidavit would submit that originally the land possession certificate was issued to some of the occupants of the said land and subsequent to the interim orders passed by this Court the land possession certificate was cancelled and possession of the petitioner is continuing

thereafter. He further submits that they will proceed further as per the final outcome of the Writ Petition pending before this Court.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Case.
6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
7. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
