THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.396 of 2023 ORDER:- 1. This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the interim order, dated 22.09.2022 in W.P.No.29666 of 2022. 2. During the course of hearing this Contempt Case, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that subsequent to filing of this Contempt Case, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has disposed of the main Writ Petition, by its order, dated 07.03.2024. He would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and requested to close the Contempt Case. 3. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case. 4. Accordingly, The Contempt Case is closed. 5. No order as to costs.
