THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.475 of 2023 ORDER:- 1. This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 18.10.2022 in W.P.No.12228 of 2014. 2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.M.Keshav Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, would submit that against the order, dated 18.10.2022, the respondents filed Writ Appeal and thereafter, approached the Apex Court by filing S.L.P. But, the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court has been confirmed by the Apex Court. Subsequently, the respondents have implemented the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court. 3. In view of the same, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Case. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed as infructuous. 5. No order as to costs.
