2 padugupadu Revneue village, Kovur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District by inclining to the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in the case of Dr.Pranjali Vs State of Andhra Pradesh dated 28.09.2023 and to pass such other order or orders as the petitioner was granted the permanent injunction dated 23.08.2018 in OS.No.100/2018, on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court at. Kovur which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.
IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the impugned orders passed in D.Dis.No. D7.2459/2022 dated 14.07.2023 by the errant 3rd respondent as the same is contravention to the mutation circular granted by the CCLA in CCLA's Ref.No.L.R-II/ROR¬11/144/2021 dated 09.04.2022 and in derogation of the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in the case of Dr.Pranjali Vs State of Andhra Pradesh and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title of the writ petition No.17595 of 2023 by entering the personal names of the respondents in view of the Law laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court of India in the case of Rudal Sah Vs State of Bihar accordingly your lordship may be pleased to take the neat copies of the Writ Petition and its ancillaries on record of this Honourable Court in the Interest of Justice and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
