This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioner herein/Accused No.1, to quash the proceedings in FIR No.165 of 2022 of Gajulamandyam Police Station, Tirupati, registered against the petitioner herein/A1 and other accused, for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/A1 submits that the matter has been settled by the parties outside the Court and in view of the same, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication, rendering the Criminal Petition infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. ___ __________
