UTTARA LEGAL The Court made the following order: This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the legality and correctness of the order 25.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.141 of 2021 in O.S.No.1247 of 2019 by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2. The case status information placed on record by the Registry shows that the suit in O.S.No. 1247 of 2019 was disposed of as compromised on 06.04.2025. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition filed questioning the orders passed in an I.A. in the said suit becomes infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
