District Judge, Viskhapatnam. 2. The case status information placed on record by the Registry shows that the suit in A.S.No.77/2019 was dismissed with costs on 18.09.2025. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition filed questioning the orders passed in an I.A. in the said suit becomes infructuous . 3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
