No representation for the petitioner. 3. The case status information placed on record by the Registry shows that the suit in O.S.No.541 of 2012 was dismissed for default on 19.12.2025. 4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition filed questioning the orders passed in an I.A. in the said suit becomes infructuous . 5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application as and when the suit is restored.
