The case status information placed on record by the Registry shows that the suit in O.S.No.9 of 2019 was dismissed on 07.10.2025. 3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition filed questioning the orders passed in an I.A. in the said suit becomes infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
