THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARULU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO.2192 OF 2023 ORDER: 1. Learned counsel for the respondents that the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.8517 of 2009 in W.P.No.6513 of 2009 dated 26.03.2009 are complied with. He furnished written instructions issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department vide Letter dated 05.03.2026stating that the amount is paid to the petitioner on 26.02.2026. 2. None appeared for the petitioner on the earlier occasion i.e. on 30.03.2026. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Therefore, in view of the compliance reported by the respondents, no further adjudication is necessary and the contempt case is closed. No costs. 4.
