Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 for cancellation of pattadar passbooks and title deeds issued in our favour in the year 2011 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction. V SURYA KIRAN KUMAR The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners would request this Court to permit the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as provided under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, against the orders impugned in the present Writ Petition. 2. The said request of learned counsel for the writ petitioners is acceded and the present Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the writ petitioners to file a revision under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, on filing such revision by the petitioners herein, the Revisional Authority is directed to make an endeavour for expeditious disposal of the said Revision. The petitioners are also directed to file an application for interim order and the same may be considered in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
