Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.K. Medhi, learned CGC for the respondents. 2. In deference to the earlier order dated 05.02.2026, Smt. Chaya Rani Goswami, Retired District & Sessions Judge, Assam was appointed as a sole arbitrator to decide on the disputes and differences arising by and between the parties in connection with the contract agreement. This order, however, was made subject to the written declaration to be furnished by the prospective arbitrator. 3. By communication dated 16.02.2026. The prospective arbitrator has furnished a written declaration as required under section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Constitution Act, 1996 by expressing no difficulty or hardship to act as an arbitrator to decide the disputes and differences arising by and between the parties in connection with the contract agreement. 4. In view of this written declaration received, the appointment of Smt. Chaya Rani Goswami, Retired District and Sessions Judge, Assam as arbitrator is hereby confirmed. 5.
