Upon perusal of the pleadings, it is noticed that the vehicle involved in the said accident is identified being dumper bearing registration No.AS-01JC/6625. Thus, prima facie the petitioner may not be entitled for ex-gratia compensation. Considering above, the petitioner appears to be conscious of the above and therefore, no longer interested to pursue the present writ petition.
