The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(i) for issuance of order(s) / direction(s) or writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to make payment of the dues compensation amount to the petitioner in lieu of his land which was acquired for widening the road situated at NH-83, 4/6 lane, Dobhi-Gaya-Patna section without any Patna High Court CWJC No.9358 of 2023(4) dt.10-03-2026 2/3 further delay. (ii) for issuance of further order(s) / direction(s) or writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to reimburse for the delay caused by non-payment of dues amount to the Petitioner which may be calculated at 12% (or more) simple interest per annum which may be counted from the date of first payment to the date of final payment. (iii) for issuance of further order(s)/direction(s) or writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to make the payment of the dues amount as per the new revised rate with all other consequential benefits.
