This application under order 1 Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the CPC has been filed in connection with Contempt Case No. 15/2023, praying for impleading new incumbent to the post of Deputy Chief Engineer, N.F. Railway (Construction) as respondent No. 13. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the earlier incumbent to the aforesaid post has been transferred and Sri. Arvind Kumar Meena has join at Deputy Chief Engineer N. F. Railway (Construction) and as such there is a requirement of impleading him as respondent No. 13 in the connected contempt case. 4.
