He submits that a wrong order has been passed against the petitioner depriving him of promotion. He submits that in fact the compulsory retirement of the petitioner has been set-aside, which has also not been considered. 2. Since this is an order passed by an Authority, this Court sitting in jurisdiction under Section 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution, cannot set-aside a wrong order. The same has to be done by the appropriate authority or by invoking jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution. 3. This Court is not exercising the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution on service side as per the roster. 4.
