I.A. meant for extension of time has been filed on 29.01.2025 and the peremptory order has come to an end on 28.01.2025. In view of the peremptory order, this C.M.P. is already dismissed. 4. It appears that the office has wrongly placed this matter before the Bench. 5. Since the said I.A. has been filed later on, the same is misconceived one and, as such, I.A.
