DESAI Date : 09/09/2026 ORDER Learned Senior Counsel Mr. Hasit Tolia appearing with Mr. Neeraj Vasu, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with a view to make one or multiple applications before the appropriate authority or the Tribunal, as the case may be, for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners in respect of the subject matter of these petitions, though with some additions, if required. He further states that the Authority or the Tribunal, as the case may be, before whom the application will be made by the petitioners may be directed to decide such application in accordance with law. Permission to withdraw these petitions with a view to avail the remedy as prayed for by the petitioners in accordance C/SCA/11463/2023(GJHC240316272023) ORDER DATED: 09/09/2026 with law is granted. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matters and all the rights and contentions of all the parties are kept open. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners to file fresh petition in case of difficulty. Both the petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn.
