Arvalli (Modasa) as respondent No.8 and Chairman, Village Forest Right Committee, Dachka Gram Panchayat, Tal. Meghraj, Dist. Arvalli as respondent No.9. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs :- “(A) Your Lordship may be pleased to admit and alow this petition. (B) Your Lordship may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the State Authorities that consider the representation dated 04/08/2023 of the petitioner C/SCA/18820/2023 ORDER DATED: 17/08/2026 (Annexure-H) and also directing the Forest Department not to disturb the possession in the land of the petitioner. (C) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing to the respondents to regularize disputed land admeasuring 10 Acre 00 Guntha in favour of the petitioner and enter his name in the revenue record of the disputed land as owner and occupier of the disputed land;” 3. At this juncture, learned advocate Mr. Vanrajsinh Damore appearing for the petitioners confines his prayer only to direct the respondent Nos.6, 8 and 9 to decide the representation dated 4.8.2023 made by the petitioner at an early date. 4. Considering the above submission, respondent Nos.6, 8 and 9 are hereby directed to decide the representation dated 4.8.2023 made by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by passing a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioners by way of Speed Post. 5.
