Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that WP(C) No. 259/2023 has since been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 20.12.2025. Accordingly, the interim order dated 10.02.2023 stood merged with the final order passed in the writ petition. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition. 3. Accordingly, the proceedings in the present contempt petition stand closed.
