Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he will be satisfied, if present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in light of judgment dated 20.05.2013 rendered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in “Bashir Ahmad Bhat Vs. State & Ors.” bearing SWP No. 767/2012. His statement is taken on record.
2. Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection with the proposal of learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. With the consensus of learned counsel for the parties, present petition is
disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in light of aforesaid judgment within a period of eight weeks, from the date a copy of this order, along with copy of writ petition and annexures is made available.
