Vide order dated 7th May, 2024, learned counsel appearing for the appellant was directed to apprise this Court with regard to the maintainability of the appeal. Despite the matter having been adjourned on numerous occasions, learned counsel for the appellant has chosen not to do so. 02. The issue involved in the present appeal has already been dealt with by this Court in various judgments, including the case titled as “Ayaz Ahmed and Ors. Vs. U.T of J&K Th. SHO Police Station Kupwara, Jammu”, wherein it has been observed that an order framing the charge is an interlocutory order and is, therefore, not appealable under Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008.
