During the pendency of the present appeal, this Court came to admit the petitioner- Mst. Yasmeena Akhter, to interim bail in terms of order dated 16.01.2024. 2. A Final Police Report (Challan) is said to have now been presented before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam, wherein charges have also been framed against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be regularly attending the hearings fixed in the case and, therefore, it is pleaded that the interim bail be made absolute. 3. This Court sees no reason to disagree with the learned counsel for the petitioner particularly when considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and is said to be regularly attending the trial proceedings. 07 Regular 4. The interim bail granted by this Court, in terms of order dated 16.01.2024, is made absolute, subject to such terms and conditions as now may come to be settled by the Court of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam, so as to ensure that the petitioner does not indulge in any act of omission or commission that may, in any manner whatsoever, frustrate the trial of the ongoing criminal case. 5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 6. A copy of this order be forwarded by the Registrar Judicial, Srinagar to the Court of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kulgam for being taken on record.
