Petitioners, through the medium of this petition, seek transfer of the Civil Suit, titled, “Davinder Kour & Ors Vs. Gurdeep Singh & Ors” bearing File No. 05/Suit, pending before the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Ramban(J&K), to any court of competent jurisdiction at Jammu. 02. Learned counsel for the respondents expresses no objection, if the suit is withdrawn from the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Ramban (J&K) and transferred to any Court of competent jurisdiction at Jammu 03. In view of the submissions so made, the present Transfer Petition is allowed, by directing that the suit pending before the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Ramban (J&K) shall stand withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the Court of the learned Principal District Judge, Jammu, for disposal under law. The learned Principal District Judge, Jammu shall be at liberty either to retain the matter or assign it to any other Court of competent jurisdiction at Jammu Headquarter. Serial No. 07 2 04. The learned Principal District Judge Ramban (J&K), shall forthwith transmit the entire record of the case to the transferee Court. 05. Upon receipt of the record, the transferee Court shall proceed with the matter from the stage at which it is received and proceed to dispose of the case expeditiously in accordance with law. 06.
