In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to conduct the elections to the office of Lambardar of village Karwal, Tehsil Hiranagar, District Kathua, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
