01. It is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the
judgment passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case titled,
“Renu Vs. Jammu Municipal Corporation” in WP(C) No. 3198/2023, decided on 19.02.2024, covers the instant matter as well.
02. This petition, is therefore, disposed of, in terms of the aforesaid judgment by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority within three weeks from today and avail efficacious remedy available under law.
03. Till then, the status of the petitioner shall not be disturbed. In case, no such appeal is laid within the aforesaid period, concession granted herein shall stand withdrawn.
04. Petition stands disposed of along with connected application(s).
