The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction upon the learned trial court i.e. Sub Judge, Nowshera to expedite the execution proceedings so that arrears of maintenance on account of petition under section 488 Cr.P.C. and section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act are liquidated by the respondent. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied, in case, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the execution proceedings initiated by the petitioner. 3. Learned senior counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that the appropriate orders may be passed. 4. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the counsel for both the sides, the present petition is disposed of by requesting the learned Sub Judge, Nowshera to expedite the execution proceedings. 5.
