The petitioners have filed this petition for quashing order dated 01.06.2023 passed by respondent No. 5 in revision petition titled, ‘Mohan Lal & Ors. vs. Assistant Revenue Attorney & anr.’ and also order dated 26.08.2021 passed by respondent No. 2 in case titled ‘Assistant Revenue Attorney vs. State & Ors.’, whereby a composite appeal for cancellation of mutation No. 289 dated 11.10.1978 under LB 6/C and mutation No. 292 dated 23.11.2008 under S-432 with regard to land measuring 15 kanals in Survey No. 475/123 in Village Narsoo, District Udhampur, has been allowed by respondent No. 2 and the mutations have been cancelled ex-parte. 2.
