The record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on many occasions and in terms of order dated 04.12.2025, an adjournment was sought by proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the same was adjourned, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited before the Registrar Judicial within ten days. Thereafter, on 02.07.2026, again adjournment was sought by both counsel for the parties. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, none has chosen to appear on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, an inference can be drawn that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the instant petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.
