(MANINDER S. BHATTI) JUDGE petitioner under Section 15 (2) of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner herein had filed an application under Section 15 (2) of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 before the Labour Court way back in the month of October, 2018 and the said application still pending consideration. Therefore, counsel submits that the Labour Court be directed to take decision on petitioner's application filed under Section 15 (2) of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936.
3. The said innocuous prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent/State.
4. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer, without commencing on merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Labour Court No.2, Bhopal to take a decision on petitioner's application filed under Section 15 (2) of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 vide Case No.41/2018/PW Act, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of the order passed today in accordance with law.
