The present petition has been filed for quashing Government order No. 919-Edu of 2019 dated 16.11.2018 issued by the Government for closure of the Rehbar-e-Taleem scheme and further commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for their appointment as Rehbar-e-Taleem in Government Middle School Kandi (Budhal) and NPS Qazian (Mandi) respectively. 2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would feel satisfied, in case, the claim of the petitioners is considered in terms of judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in U. T. of J&K and others vs. Saba Wani and others. Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG submits that the respondents would have no objection, in considering the case of the petitioners in terms of judgment(supra). 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners strictly in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court referred above.
