Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. Memo containing various documents so filed by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for Opposite Party Nos.3 & 5 in W.P.(C) No.2296 of 2017 be kept in record. 3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party Nos.3 and 5 in W.P.(C) No.2296 of 2017 basing on the memo so filed in Court contended that during pendency of the Writ Petition basing on the no objection given by the Petitioner’s mother in law as well as the present Petitioner for compassionate appointment of the daughter of the Petitioner namely Ms. Sushri Sania Paricha, such claim of the Petitioner’s daughter along with 3(three) other candidates has been recommended by Opposite Party No.3 for approval vide letter dtd.07.08.2026, so enclosed to the Memo. 3.1. It is contended that on receipt of the approval from the Chief General Manager - HRM IREL (India) Ltd., Petitioner’s daughter will be provided with compassionate appointment. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not dispute the contention raised by the learned Sr. Counsel appearing for Opposite Party Nos.3 and 5. 4.1. In view of the development which has taken place, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that both the Writ Petitions be disposed of with a direction on Opposite Party Nos.3 and 5 to provide compassionate appointment to the Petitioner’s daughter after approval of the recommendation made vide letter dtd.07.08.2026. 5. Considering the development which has taken place, this Court is of the view that necessary approval will be accorded by the competent authority in terms of the request made vide letter dtd.07.08.2026 within a reasonable time period and after such receipt of the approval, Petitioner’s daughter will be provided with the appointment without any delay. 6.
