This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Pursuant to order dtd.12.08.2026, Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned DSGI appearing along with Mr. D. Gochhayat, learned CGC produced the medical report furnished by the authorities of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. The same be kept on record. 4. This Court after going through the report finds that Petitioner’s disability as has been assessed at 25% permanent. Since the minimum requirement to get the benefit of appointment is 40% permanent and Petitioner’s disability has now been assessed at 25% by the authorities of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar and the earlier assessment at 20% permanent under Annexure-17, it is the view of this Court that Petitioner is not entitled to get any relief, as prayed for. 5.
