Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the controversy involved in the present petition is required to be considered and adjudicated by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench.
2. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench. Registry shall transmit the record of the case to the CAT, Jammu Bench, which shall deal with the same in accordance with law after issuing notice to both the parties. Registry shall retain soft copy of the writ petition for the purpose of record.
