1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the panel prepared for the engagement of Aya/Helper in Govt. Middle School, Karnari, issued by respondent No. 5, whereby respondent No. 6 has been shortlisted to be engaged as Aaya/Helper in the Govt. Middle School, Karnari. Further prayer is made for commanding respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to engage the petitioner as Aaya/Helper in the said school.
2. Respondent No. 6 has filed response, stating therein that she has been already engaged as Aaya/Helper vide order dated 06.03.2023.
3. The official respondents have also filed response, thereby supporting the engagement of respondent No. 6 as Aaya/Helper in Govt. Middle School, Karnari.
4. This writ petition was filed by the petitioner on 24.03.2023 i.e. after issuance of engagement order in favour of respondent No. 6. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to assail the order of engagement issued in favour of respondent No. 6.
5. Ordered accordingly.
