Qadiri, learned Senior AAG appearing for the respondents has submitted that the allegations which are the subject matter of the present petition have been the subject matter of one more petition bearing CRM (M) No. 362 of 2022 which was previously filed by the petitioner. He has submitted that this Court, after hearing the parties, passed a detailed judgment dated 17th of November, 2022 dismissing the said petition. It has been further submitted that the petitioner had also filed an application seeking recall of the judgment dated 17th of November, 2022, but without any success. 02. In view of the fact that nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and having regard to developments brought to the notice of this Court by learned Senior AAG appearing for the respondents, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the present petition. 03.
