Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): It is contended by Mr. Aman Sood, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the learned trial Court has already confirmed the ad interim injunction order on 04.09.2024. He submits that in view of the passing of injunction order in favour of the petitioners, the present petition has become infructuous with the passage of time. However, he further submits that the parties shall remain bound by the said injunction order and any violation of the same shall be construed to be the contempt of the Court. Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 2. In view of the submissions as made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous along with pending application(s), if any.
